Mary Ann Rettig-Zucchi

She is a founding member of Jupiter Consulting Group, LLC, an international organizational development firm dedicated to “ADDING life BACK INTO work.” Through coaching, team facilitation, and leadership development, Mary Ann prompts individuals and teams to reconnect to their passion, identify and leverage their inherent strengths, and develop authentic working relationships that support innovation and productivity.
For over two decades, diverse groups from the executive teams of growing start-ups to leaders in Fortune 100 companies have benefited from her keen analytical skills, insightful facilitation and practical focus on improving business results, professional success, and personal satisfaction. Mary Ann is both creative and pragmatic. Clients appreciate her ability to enhance leadership effectiveness and strengthen team dynamics while addressing concrete business issues.
Mary Ann has consulted across a broad range of industries including high tech, biotech, health care, engineering, financial and professional services, as well as in the education and non-profit sectors. She brings experience working with clients in Asia and Europe as well as across North America. Recent clients include Fireman’s Fund, Genentech, Pepsi, United Technologies, and Wells Fargo.
Mary Ann has a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley where she also earned her M.A. in Adult Education. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Ciocca Office of Entrepreneurial Studies at her alma mater, Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA, where she serves as a faculty member in the Summer Business Program. She has been a featured speaker at numerous professional development events including Haas School of Business Reunion, San Diego OD Network, University of California’s Women Leaders Conference and Women in Leadership.
Having moved there “temporarily” in 1980, Mary Ann and her husband live in Oakland, CA where she enjoys seeing daffodils in February and hiking the hills year-round. She is more than happy to visit her hometown of Chicago in any kind of weather as her two daughters have migrated to the Windy City (where they rarely see the bare ground in February).
