Carol is co-founder and Chief Inspiration Officer—VP Client Solutions for the Global Institute for Inspiration. She is also co-author of Brand DNA: Uncover Your Organization’s Genetic Code for Competitive Advantage.
Carol challenged conventional wisdom when she co-founded the Brand Ascension Group, LLC an organization development firm specializing in transforming employee and customer cultures from the inside out. As co-developer of Brand DNA (Dimensional Nucleic Assets®) and the Brand DNA System™, she has helped numerous organizations create compelling experiences that engage and inspire their employees and customers to champion their brand.
Carol has more than 30 years of business experience. She held several executive management and strategic HR roles including VP, Human Resources—Asia Pacific for Intercontinental Hotels Group. Her experience spans a variety of industries including hospitality, retail services, cable, media, government contractors, government—local, state and municipal, high technology, professional services, financial services—banking and insurance, healthcare and non-profits.
She has also authored an ebook Getting Your Employees on the Brand Wagon and numerous articles. She regularly writes for publications such as ehotelier, Brandchannel.com and Sales and Service Excellence. She has been interviewed on SBTV.com, Small Biz America, and Voice America.
Carol holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Human Behavior.
Carol’s community involvement has included serving on the Board of Trustees for the Multiple Sclerosis Alliance of Southern Colorado 2006-2010. She also served as Board Chair 2008-2010.
